The presented proposal provides a land occupation with a type of construction that has been adopted along this street layout - a condominium villas, which occupies part of the ground with the forecasts of "predominantly residential" and releases the remaining area, partly to the co-owners use, as areas where are proposed the creation of small gardens, areas of fruit production, in connection to rural life of the area and a concession area to the public domain to green areas and equipment for collective use.
The building is developed perpendicular to the street layout, allowing a visual penetration to the interior, providing an interstitial space of leisure and living.
The volumetric proposal consists of basement, ground floor and floor, setting up a typology of housing with the variant of having some common spaces which link all the buildings, as they are an entry to a common basement with individualized lit to each garage, a small room with gym equipment and outdoor leisure spaces.
Areas where are proposed the creation of small gardens, areas of fruit production, in connection to rural life.
