Born in Matosinhos, January 1, 1968. Does primary and secondary schooling in Matosinhos, even passing the Conservatory of Music of Porto, where in addition to completing the general course, attended the final year of college violin.

Entered the civil engineering course at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto in 1985. In 1989, during vacation, matures at the Ecole National Darts Et Metiers in Cluny – France. Completes the course, the option of Civil Construction in 1990. Entered the Order of Engineers – Regional Section North from November 30, 1990, with the number 6143 and Professional Card No. 24596.

Starts working in September 1990, at the Department of Construction of FOCOR, which has the task of coordination and monitoring of projects.

A course in the militia branch of Engineering, under the compulsory military service, leaving in 1992 as second lieutenant in the reserve.

Between 1992 and 1994, was invited by Daniel Quintã Engineer to work on Iperplano in Inspection, Construction Management and Coordination. From 1994 is working in association with Arq. Vitor Seabra, whose company maintains under the name of MOFASE, Architecture and Engineering, Inc.

During these years of activity has intervened in several areas, a variety of programs such as: single-family housing, collective housing, hospital equipment, sports equipment, industrial buildings, etc. Also in the period to participate in various tenders, supervision of works of large housing cooperatives in Ovar and Matosinhos, which include the awarding of prizes INH, conducting projects for clients such as Teixeira Duarte, Soares da Costa, the FDO, among others.
